January Fun

January has brought lots of snow and this week some ice! School was cancelled both yesterday and today. Who would have thought of that!? Keira and I have tried to get out and play a couple times but balmy temps keep us indoors.

In prep of Baby B #2, Jason and I have decided to practically rearrange every room in our house so that has also kept us busy. "Jason's room" will be switched to the Master, Keira will move into our room and Keira's room will be Baby's room. Pix of that whole process to come!

Christmas 2009

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!! Here are quite a few of our Christmas pictures from this year. We are very blessed this holiday season and are very thankful for the gifts that we received. It was so great being able to spend time with family and remember our Saviour's birth. Keira would often be excited for both Jesus' birthday and for Santa coming - not toootally getting the concept of either but still fun to watch. Two peas in a pod. These two had so much fun over the weekend together. It was great for us adults to be able to sit back and relax while all the kids played!

Keira using daddy's logic against him. She, of course, wanted healthy granola bars but seeing as we don't have any left she used the logic that since we don't have any and they are at the store that she might as well get lollipops instead...leaving all the blame on the parents.

Thanksgiving 2009

This year we traveled to Hocking Hills area to a place called Bittersweet Farms. It was a definitely a 'cozy' place for 8 people!!

Two under 2

This week Chell and I had the pleasure of watching Ellie!! It worked out to just be three of the 5 days, but we had some fun. The girls played great together and totally entertained us! We played games, read books, played in the kitchen, did crafts, sang songs, went to the library and of course the occasional Elmo and princess shows. It was great fun. At first I didn't know how it would go with TWO kids, but was a good test run for what's to come in the spring. :) Enjoy the pix and the fun video.
